Abstract

º» ¿¬±¸´Â ÁúÀû ¿¬±¸ ¹æ¹ý Áß Giorgi (2009)ÀÇ Çö»óÇÐÀû ºÐ¼® ¹æ¹ýÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© °£È£´ëÇлýÀÇ °¡»ó ½Ã¹Ä·¹ÀÌ¼Ç °æÇè¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀÇ¹Ì¿Í º»ÁúÀ» ÆľÇÇÏ¿´´Ù. 6¸íÀÇ Âü¿©ÀÚ¿Í Æ÷Ä¿½º ±×·ì ¸é´ãÀ» ÅëÇÏ¿© ¼öÁýµÈ ÀڷḦ ºÐ¼®ÇÑ °á°ú 42°³ ÀÇ¹Ì ´ÜÀ§, 6°³ÀÇ ÇÏÀ§ ±¸¼º ¿ä¼Ò¿Í 3°³ÀÇ ±¸¼º ¿ä¼Ò°¡ µµÃâµÇ¾ú´Ù. 3°³ÀÇ ±¸¼º ¿ä¼Ò·Î´Â ¡®Ã³À½ ¸¸³ª´Â °¡»óÇö½Ç¿¡¼­ È¥¶õÀ» ´À³¦¡¯, ¡®È¥¶õ¿¡ ÀûÀÀÇØ °¡´Â °úÁ¤¡¯, ¡®¾ÈÀüÇÑ °¡»óÇö½Ç¿¡¼­ ÁÖüÀûÀÎ °£È£»ç°¡ µÊ¡¯ÀÌ ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. °£È£´ëÇлýÀÇ °¡»ó ½Ã¹Ä·¹ÀÌ¼Ç °æÇèÀº Àͼ÷ÇÏÁö ¾ÊÀ¸¸ç ³ôÀº º®°ú °°Àº ´À³¦À̾úÀ¸³ª, Á¡Â÷ ÀûÀÀÇØ ³ª°¡¸ç ÇнÀÇØ°¡´Â °úÁ¤À̾ú´Ù. º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ °á°ú¸¦ ±Ù°Å·Î ´ÙÀ½°ú °°Àº ÈÄ¼Ó ¿¬±¸¸¦ Á¦¾ðÇÏ°íÀÚ ÇÑ´Ù. ù°, °£È£´ëÇлý¿¡°Ô Àû¿ëÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â Çѱ¹¾î·Î ±¸¼ºµÇ°í ½ÇÁ¦ Àι°°ú À¯»çÇÏ°Ô ±¸¼ºµÈ °¡»ó ½Ã¹Ä·¹À̼ÇÀÇ °³¹ßÀ» Á¦¾ðÇÑ´Ù. µÑ°, °£È£ ±³À°¿¡¼­ °¡»ó ½Ã¹Ä·¹À̼ÇÀ» Àû¿ëÇÒ ¶§, Á¶º° È°µ¿À¸·Î ¸ÕÀú Âü¿©ÇÏ°Ô ÇÏ¸ç ¼öÁØ¿¡ ¸Â´Â ´Ù¾çÇÑ ³­À̵µÀÇ ±³À°À» ½ÃÇàÇÒ °ÍÀ» Á¦¾ðÇÑ´Ù. ¼Â°, °£È£ ½Ã¹Ä·¹ÀÌ¼Ç ±³À°ÀÇ È¿°ú¼ºÀ» ÆľÇÇϱâ À§ÇÏ¿© ´Ù¾çÇÑ ÇüÅÂÀÇ °¡»ó ½Ã¹Ä·¹ÀÌ¼Ç ±³À° ÁßÀç ¿¬±¸¸¦ Á¦¾ðÇÑ´Ù. º» ¿¬±¸ °á°ú¸¦ ¹ÙÅÁÀ¸·Î °£È£´ëÇлýÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ÇÑ °¡»ó ½Ã¹Ä·¹ÀÌ¼Ç ±³À°À» °³¹ßÇÑ´Ù¸é, ÀÓ»óȯ°æ°ú À¯»çÇÑ ¾ÈÀüÇÑ °¡»ó ȯ°æ¿¡¼­ °£È£ ±³À°À» ´õ¿í È°¹ßÈ÷ Àû¿ëÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖÀ» °ÍÀ¸·Î ±â´ëÇÑ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of nursing students¡¯ experiences in virtual simulation practice.

Methods: The participants were six nursing students who have experience in a virtual simulation. Data were collected from August to September 2019 through a focus group interview. Giorgi¡¯s phenomenological method was used for analysis.
Results: The study results revealed 3 constituents and 6 sub-constituents that are essential for nursing student¡¯s experiences in a virtual simulation. The three constituents were: ¡°Chaos in the virtual reality¡±, ¡°The process of adjusting to chaos¡±, and ¡°Becoming an independent nurse in a safe virtual reality¡±.

Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions are made. Results suggest the development of virtual simulations in Korean, the use of simulations as a group activity first, and the use of simulation between lecture and practice or in the regular curriculum. The results of the study can be used as primary data for providing virtual simulation in nursing education.
